Deadline Extended!
Complete Your Proxy Before Wednesday’s Election Meeting
Please be sure to enter only the name of one owner which matches one of the names on the deed. Use your full first name and last unless otherwise listed on the deed. See some helpful hints at the bottom of this page to ensure your proxy is not invalidated.
If your home is deeded in one of the rare cases as an “entity by rights of survivorship” then both spouses must sign the “certificate of appointment of voting representative”. Generally you can tell this is the case because one of the owners on the deed/property tax bill has the letters “H/E” after their name. Please email help@betteriscoming.site and we will send you the correct proxy to complete.
If your home is owned by a trust the trustee must sign the “certificate of appointment of voting representative”. The trustee is typically named as an owner on the deed and has the letters “TR” after their name. If this applies to you, please include the phrase “/ Trustee” after your name.
If your home is owned by an LLC or S-Corp., please add “/ [name of the company] – [your title]” after your name as homes owned by companies can only provide proxies from those people empowered by the annual filing (e.g. President).
If none of the above apply to you and both you and your partner are married and both named on the deed, only one of the home owners are required to sign and you can sign the below document freely.
For any questions, please email help@betteriscoming.site. Thank you!
